Content of the Survey

The survey examines the property inside and out. It is non invasive - we do not lift floorboards or drill holes in walls! Every part of the property gets a comprehensive examination.

The survey scope and report structure is laid down by SAVA, a national surveyor accreditation body who provide an overall assurance of quality.
